One big consideration for the transition to Electric Fleet is charging infrastructure. Charging points, ideally supported by solar
panels, at your office location could be convenient for staff along with ESB charge cards that provide access to the ever-growing nationwide network of public chargers.
Domestic charging infrastructure, a game-changer for EV drivers, which continues to benefit from government support should also be considered.
Getting your drivers engaged early in the journey to fleet electrification is key to its success. Without their involvement, you run the risk of resistance and objections late in the process. By then it may be too
late to make changes, and this could result in unhappy drivers. Nobody wants that!
