Terms: All pricing provided may be subject to adjustment without notice, arising from changes in manufacturer list price, discounts, bank interest rates, market conditions, legislation and/or regulations, taxation WLTP, VRT and subject to accurate CO2 emissions data provided by suppliers. All pricing for commercial vehicles is on the assumption that the vehicle is not used for social, domestic, or pleasure purposes. Unless otherwise stated, prices quoted are in Euro (€) and are exclusive of VAT. Autolease Fleet Management Ltd. t/a NiftiBusiness may be acting on behalf of a third-party principal in respect of financial obligations, but as principal in respect of maintenance obligations. Orders placed are accepted on condition that if the customer cancels the Order, the Customer shall reimburse NiftiBusiness all direct costs, losses and expenses within 7 days of such cancellation. A one-off document fee will be charged with the first month’s lease payment and that may be subject to change without notice. Where Autolease Fleet Management t/a NiftiBusiness is invoicing the hirer in Euro for a vehicle in Northern Ireland, Autolease Fleet Management Ltd t/a NiftiBusiness reserves the right to charge the customer during, or at the end of , the contract for any shortfall between the sterling amount (of the finance and maintenance payment ) and the Euro equivalent as a result of changes in the applicable exchange rate.
