New Driver’s App and refreshed Fleet Management Portal for enhanced efficiency

As part of our continuous service improvement plan at NiftiBusiness, we are delighted to share that the newly refreshed Fleet Management Portal and the brand-new Driver’s App have both been recently launched to our customers.

The Fleet Management Portal is designed to create a more efficient and streamlined experience by reducing time spent on administrative tasks, improving process workflows, and providing easy, real-time access to critical fleet information. This empowers our customers to focus more on growth, and less on logistics.

Likewise, our Driver’s App has been designed to provide our drivers with an easy-to-use tool to complete a range of tasks. These include tasks such as Walkthrough checks and submitting mileage updates, and ad hoc tasks like booking an annual service or CVRT, and as needed, the ability to book in a maintenance check or report an incident.
