The 2024 EV Summit & Expo takes place on Thursday the 14th November at the RDS in Dublin, and all of us at NiftiBusiness & AIB are looking forward to once again returning to the event on what is its 10th anniversary.

Last year’s event was a great success and this year’s event is shaping up to be no different, with some brilliant domestic and international speakers and guests lined-up to give their own views on the future of electric transportation, and how government, industry and businesses can work together to electrify transport.

As we all know, the Department of Transport has ambitious plans to decarbonise the transport sector in Ireland, with a target of 945,000 EVs on the road by 2030, of which 845,000 are expected to be private passenger cars. While the growth in EVs has accelerated exponentially in recent years, the country is lagging well behind these targets so an event like EV Summit & Expo, which brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise together under the one roof, is more important than ever in helping us to accelerate the progress once again.

If you are planning to attend, please look out for us at stand 55, beside the Fleet Futures stage. Brian and his team would be delighted to see you.
