We are delighted to confirm today that NiftiBusiness has completed the acquisition of the business of Gowan Leasing with effect from Wednesday the 8th of November 2023. We would like to take this opportunity to thank colleagues in the Gowan Group for their engagement and support in bringing this acquisition to a successful conclusion.

We extend a warm welcome to our new fleet and business leasing customers, and we look forward to introducing them to the NiftiBusiness team and getting to know them.  Our immediate focus is to ensure that the move to NiftiBusiness is as smooth as possible for these new customers.

Catherine Guy, CEO of NiftiBusiness, commented;

NiftiBusiness is growing and we have big ambitions for the future. The acquisition of the Gowan Leasing business is part of the realisation of those ambitions. We know that we can add value to our new customers through our reliable, flexible, sustainable and cost-effective fleet management service, and we are looking forward to meeting new customers and building new relationships.”
