We provide dedicated customer support for drivers to achieve better driver experiences. We provide each driver with a digital handbook for their new car, with all the information they need, such as numbers to call and how to behave on the road. Our dedicated Driver APP has information on vehicle safety checks, supplier networks and service due reports. We run driver risk programmes and training days to ensure driver safety.
Our Driver Support solution includes tyre repairs and replacements, glass replacement, 24-hour breakdown assistance, relief vehicles, service, repair and maintenance bookings and notifications, vehicle testing, and accident and driver downtime management.
Our Online Customer Portal provides our customers with access to up to date information on fleet distances, service and CVRT reports, accidents and invoicing.
We offer 24-hour Driver Support. If a driver has an incident or there is any damage to a vehicle, we liaise with the insurance company to manage the claim, arrange repair and a relief vehicle. This saves time and hassle for our customer.
